In our previous survey, over 50% of customers asked us to add dental coverage. Rather than folding it into standard insurance premiums, DIANins decided to provide Careington 500 memberships directly.

☕ Opt-out for a Starbucks eGift instead
This year, the Starbucks eGift card isn't given automatically to everyone — only students with healthy teeth who do not need Careington 500 may actively choose it.

05 · Group plan
Group enrollment is now more flexible
Starting this year, enrolling individuals across different schools · plans · periods concurrently is fully supported via CSV file upload. The popular OPTion plan can now be bundled as a group enrollment as well.

06 · Referral Event
Multinational group referral fees, up to 3×
2 nationalities → 2× payout, 3 nationalities → 3× payout. Multinational roster submissions can be completed by CSV batch upload or by adjusting fields on our regular online form. (If schools, plans, or structural coverage dates differ, CSV is required.)

🤖 DIANai — AI Assistant
Beginning with the 26–27 term, our intelligent assistant DIANai is live. It evaluates and resolves intricate programmatic or policy inquiries across multiple languages. In subsequent updates, a synchronized authenticated login framework will support expanded automation for structural insurance extensions and policy renewals.
Paired with our official DIANins Mobile App launching mid-July, parents and students alike can navigate inquiries through real-time voice inputs seamlessly. Traditional, live human customer service desk channels remain completely active.
Full functional instructions and operations rules will be declared via a separate release.

08 · 2026 Scholarship
2026 Scholarship applications are officially open 🎓
A total of 10 meritorious students will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship award each. The absolute submission deadline is finalized for August 31. Click below to view structural eligibility matrices and access the secure application node.
