Guide 1
Each group can include 3-10 members. DIANins recommends keeping the group to four members or fewer so the leader can verify information and payment cleanly.
Every member must use the same school, the same insurance plan, and the same coverage period.
Guide 2
Choose one team leader before starting. The leader completes the purchase and payment for the full group; other members reimburse the leader after confirming their insurance documents.
New DIANins users should register a member account first and send the registered account email to the team leader. The leader should collect each member's required personal, school, contact, and payment information before submitting the group order.
Important
If group members do not know each other, DIANins recommends that members do not reimburse the leader before they receive their own insurance documents. If a member still does not reimburse the leader after documents are issued, contact DIANins support for help.
After payment, each member should receive an insurance confirmation email with the policy confirmation, ID card, and terms. Members can then use those documents for waiver submission.
Group member addresses may initially display the leader's mailing address. If a member does not yet have a U.S. address, use the school address first, then log in later and update it to the actual U.S. mailing address.

New users should register first and send the registered DIANins account email to the team leader.

Choose F-1 student insurance, enter the school state and school name, then search.
Step 03
On the NYU plan page, choose the Group button for the same plan and coverage term.
Step 04
Fill the quote page in English, set coverage dates, and enter the number of school friends joining the group.
Step 05
Check the selected plan, deductible, group members, and total premium before continuing.
Step 06
Complete each student's required personal, school, contact, and U.S. mailing address fields.
Step 07
Review the insurance plan, coverage period, deductible, premium, and member rows before payment.
Step 08
Select whether to pay by one card, two cards, bank account, or credit/debit card.
Step 09
After payment, members receive the confirmation letter, insurance ID card, and policy terms by email.
Step 10
Use DIANins support, Facebook, or Instagram for group-purchase questions, waiver guidance, documents, or account corrections.
