🔎 2026–2027 Blue Plans Are Now Open

DIANins offers Blue 80, Blue 90, and Blue 100 plans for University of Rochester (UR) students. Blue 80 is a cost-effective option chosen by many UR students; Blue 90 offers a more balanced choice; Blue 100 is more suitable for students who prefer higher coverage.

    🎓 Waiver Submission Recommendation

UR students need to either enroll in the school SHIP or submit a SHIP waiver during Open Enrollment. We recommend enrolling in a DIANins plan first and saving your insurance documents. Then use your own student ID number and date of birth to log in to the UR system, and enter the Insurance Portal to complete the waiver.

    ✅ 2026–2027 Plan Selection Guide

    1
Blue 80: Suitable for students who want to manage their budget and prefer a cost-effective option. According to the DIANins page, Blue 80 accounted for nearly 50% of total UR enrollments last year and is a popular plan.
    2
Blue 90: Suitable for students who want a balance between coverage and price. If you value benefits while also wanting a competitive price, Blue 90 is worth comparing first.
    3
Blue 100: Suitable for students who want a higher reimbursement level and higher-end coverage. Before enrolling, we recommend comparing the school SHIP’s out-of-pocket maximum, network, premium, and other details.
    4
Group of 3 Discount: A group purchase of 3 students can receive 10% savings. If you have classmates enrolling together, you may consider purchasing as a group.
