    After purchase, you will receive a Confirmation Email within 1–2 minutes. The email attachments include your ID Card, Confirmation Letter, signed Waiver Form, and Policy documents. Please download and save these files.

    If tuition has not been paid: Once your waiver is approved, NYU will directly remove the student health insurance charge from your academic-year bill.

    If tuition has already been paid: After waiver approval, your bill will be updated within 3–5 business days, and the school insurance fee will be refunded to your student account.

    As long as no insurance claims have been submitted, you may provide proof such as a waiver rejection email from the school and receive a full refund.

    Q3: Where can NYU students receive required vaccines and a TB Test?

    Students may visit the NYU Student Health Center or Global Reach partner pharmacies such as CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and other major U.S. pharmacy chains. Present your insurance card to use direct billing services. Coverage is 100%.
