🐦 Early Bird Waiver (May – June)
USC opens an early waiver window specifically for returning students who successfully waived the insurance last year. Applying early helps you avoid the peak review season and ensures the USC insurance fee is removed from your tuition bill in advance.

You can only access the waiver portal after registering for classes. We recommend purchasing your DIANins Plan during the Early Bird period to secure your free Dental Plan first, then submitting the waiver once your course registration is complete.

USC organizes on-campus vaccinations and TB blood tests every year. You can complete these health requirements at the USC Student Health Center regardless of your waiver status.
If you have waived the school insurance, you don't need to pay on the spot. The bill will be sent to your MySHR account.
